It incorporates automatic unwinding, edge guiding, closed-loop tension control, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying, cooling and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI touchscreen enables convenient adjustment of machine speed, drying temperature, web tension and coating thickness. Precision-ground rollers ensure consistent coating across the complete web width. The machine can be customized for different pouch substrates, coating chemicals, working widths and production speeds.
