Sublimation Paper Coating Machine About

The Sublimation Paper Coating Machine manufactured by Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for applying a uniform ink-receptive and release coating onto paper rolls used for dye-sublimation transfer printing. The applied coating enables the paper to hold sublimation ink during printing and release it efficiently onto polyester fabric or other compatible surfaces during heat transfer.

The machine operates in a continuous roll-to-roll format with controlled unwinding, precision coating, multi-zone hot-air drying and automatic rewinding. Its PLC-based control system allows the operator to regulate coating speed, web tension, drying temperature and production settings.

A Mayer Bar coating head provides accurate control over coating thickness and helps maintain a consistent surface across the working width. The machine is suitable for producing sublimation transfer paper used in textile printing, sportswear, fashion garments, home furnishings, promotional products and digital transfer-printing applications.
