About Silicone Coating Machine

The Automatic Silicone Coating Machine from Mohindra Mechanical Works is designed for the precise and consistent application of silicone release coatings on paper, film and other flexible roll materials. It produces a smooth, controlled and uniform release surface suitable for labels, adhesive tapes, protective films and industrial release-liner applications.

The machine incorporates automatic unwinding, web guiding, closed-loop tension control, precision coating, multi-zone drying and controlled rewinding systems. Its PLC and HMI control panel allows operators to manage coating speed, web tension, drying temperature and other production parameters conveniently. Precision-ground coating rollers help maintain uniform silicone deposition across the entire material width. The heavy-duty machine structure provides stable and low-vibration performance during continuous production. Working width, coating method, curing arrangement, speed and drying length can be customized according to the substrate and silicone formulation.
